About FCS, LLC

Facility CornerStone Services, LLC is a full service facility management consulting firm that was founded in 2005 by Robert P. Matouka, FMA, RPA with over 30 years experience in the public and private sector.

FCS, LLC provides consulting services ranging from building and site needs assessment, operations and maintenance analysis, construction standards and operations policies, to acting as an owner's representative. FCS, LLC understands the big picture and all aspects of facility management assisting clients develop program criteria and budget before bringing on higher cost professional services and the uncertainty of a viable project. As the owner's representative, FCS will organize and manage the selection process for design services and construction delivery method, review plans and specifications to insure adherence to client's standards, be the direct contact between the owner and project team, track costs and assist in project close out. A successful project starts with quality planning to determine priority building and site needs and matching those improvements to funds available.

FCS assistances eliminates the workload burden placed on boards, staff or community groups that may not have time or experience to ensure best approach solutions for your next project. Business managers will appreciate having a roadmap resulting from this relative low cost approach to help identify current and future building needs, budget accordingly, and avoid costly emergency repairs or interruption of an owner's services.
